Warsaw Community Development Corporation is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 Indiana corporation with a mission "to further encourage the economic development of Warsaw's Central Business District through investments in people, buildings, businesses, and land."

The WCDC continues to create a better community by keeping downtown Warsaw an attractive, dynamic and unique part of the community.

In response to these objectives, WCDC works to combat community deterioration by promoting stability, growth, and development of business in the Warsaw community.

The corporation also works to promote the general welfare of the community through the preservation and protection of historic places and areas of historic interest.

Finally, WCDC strives to conduct charitable and educational activities necessary and appropriate in the Warsaw community.

Downtown Rentals/Purchase Opportunities

 

Warsaw is fortunate to have over 1600 employees and residents in the downtown area.  That coupled with the  City of Warsaw's committment to the beautification of Downtown Warsaw makes it a great place to locate a business.

During warm weather months the WCDC will host open house events to showcase downtown properties that are for sale or lease.  Please continue to check this website for the next open house event.
