Membership & Benefits

According to the Warsaw Community Development Corporation bylaws, any reputable

• person,
• association,
• corporation,
• partnership, or
• estate

having an interest in the objectives of WCDC is eligible for membership in the Corporation.

The WCDC relies heavily on its membership contributions for funding. In return, WCDC offers to all its members a newsletter, invitations to openings, special events, membership meetings, and business seminars, as well as the right to one vote at the annual meeting including election of officers and Board members.

All membership donations are tax deductible. More importantly, members can see their support at work as the city finds new life and direction and the quality of life for all citizens is improved.
