Hi Hoosier Family and Friends!
Amy and I have decided that the time has come to relocate our family back home to Indiana here in June. We moved to Maine 9 years ago to start and run youth programs for a couple of churches and a parachurch ministry that encourage and educate youth about Jesus and the benefits of following Him. We managed to birth one Hoosier right before our move out and since then we added three little Mainers to our family. They have been a genuine joy and raising them well has become a major focus of ours. And as we all know, kids aren’t cheap! So, these last 4 years also included starting and running 3 businesses (Stump Removal, Property Management, and Real-estate). It has been a fulfilling 9 years.
We are excited to move into our new “to us” home in Warsaw and to be near our families (especially our kids’ grandparents!). I’m anxious to get settled in and busy starting up my real estate (and eventually property management) business in the Warsaw/Rochester and surrounding areas.
Owning a home has provided us with the financial leverage to start businesses (using a HELOC) and home equity that has given us the freedom to move back to Indiana. Our house has been a huge blessing that God has given us. I am excited to be able to help Hoosiers use real-estate to benefit and support their families as well.
For so many of you, it has been “too long” and I would love the chance to catch up and get reconnected. So, if you would like to grab coffee and talk about life, shoot me a text! Or if you simply have real estate questions, I’m always happy to chat over the phone.
Thanks for reading our life update. Looking forward to seeing you around!
