(Warsaw, IN) – Warsaw Community Development Corporation (WCDC) announced The Vic as one of the recipients of a 2016 Façade Grant in downtown Warsaw. Improvements included structural alterations like new guttering and flashing and all new windows and front door. The Vic is located at 112. N Buffalo Street in downtown Warsaw and an extension of ONE TEN Craft Meatery.
The City of Warsaw provides matching funds for the Façade Grant program to be administered by WCDC. For more information about the Façade Grant, Revolving Loan Program and the Alleyway Grant, contact WCDC at wcdc@kchamber.com.
