Cultural Arts District Plan Open House

Main Street Warsaw and Warsaw Public Arts Commission partnered to launch a Downtown Cultural Arts District planning process in April. Designing Local a national leader in urban planning and design, arts and cultural district planning was retained to lead the process.  Since that time the consultant team has been meeting with stakeholders, compiling research and developing draft plan ideas.  The second public open house will be used to share those draft ideas and obtain additional feedback to finalize the plan in October.

The public is asked to stop by the Kosciusko Chamber office, 523 S. Buffalo St. to see the draft ideas and provide feedback anytime between 4:00-6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 16.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
