“Main Street Monday” With The RGroup Real Estate

The next place Molly and Mackenzie took on for “Main Street Monday” was The R Group! They are one of the top 5 real estate groups in Kosciusko County, and they are located right in downtown Warsaw! Their focus is luxury residential properties, and they do lots of lake homes. What sets them apart is their amazing customer service and great marketing. They have an amazing staff with 2 agents, amazing stagers, and admin staff to help you with the buying and selling process. Some things that they offer that help set them apart is that they do complimentary staging, professional photography, professional writeups for MLS, and a feature in their e-newsletter. They mostly do Kosciusko County, but they will also do surrounding areas including Whitley County, Syracuse, and Elkhart. They are currently interested in adding a part-time agent to their team that fits their team camaraderie! They also rent out space in their office building and currently have a space available for a professional business to rent.
